This place is one of those every town has one old school seafood houses that probably was amazing and the place go. It was ok . Would have been better if the lettuce was fresh and little more flavor for my liking but that just my opinion. But for the price it was OK. And for service it wasn't our waitress fault she was literally the only one serving every table in the place.

The food was worth the wait! Hot and fresh. The seafood was fresh with no fishy smell, reasonable prices . Really enjoyed the meal. The seafood platter was roughly $15 with shrimps, oysters, stuffed crab, fish strips, fries, coleslaw, ans ranch beans. My mini fish dish was $4.49 with 3 fish strips, fries, and hush puppies. Excellent eating. Friendly staff also. Great job Catfish King in Monroe, La. located on Sterlington Rd.

The catfish has no flavor taste like it had been sitting under the light. The shrimps was okay. I love the hush puppies they was great. I don't know if it was my fault but I got the bake potatoe with no toppings.

Yea, close this one down and start over. It's been years since I've been here and it looks like I should have stayed away for a few more. It took 2 hours for us to get our food. Food was cold, when we finally got it. Never got a refill on our drinks. We constantly had to look for the waiter. We had to even repeat our order to another employee from the back. The atmosphere ☠️💀☠️. Maybe I went on the wrong day (it was Mother's Day) but I won't be going back......🫣🤫😶
