I placed my order, did the online processing and set a time for 11:30 AM, I had to sit there and wait until 11:49, 19 minutes past the time. Also had to deal with a very rude older female waitress. If I order again, I will just pay uber the services. No tip from me to then again. I won’t go in again as I don’t feel like that waitress provides a comfortable setting… Waitresses like that, are the reason why Uber is doing so well. With Customer Service like that, a restaurant will be reduced just to a kitchen and no service.

Since they asked, I enjoyed the food it was my first time at a Bob Evans, the gravy fries were amazing, my only complaint is the server forgot to bring us one of our meals since it was delayed and then it had been sitting at the counter for quite a bit of time. Otherwise fantastic.

I went for breakfast with my boyfriend there today, and Destiny was the waitress taking care of our orders. She was fantastic, couldn't have asked for anyone better! The food was also warm and good. Thank you, we'll definitely go there again!

The waitress was observant and efficient. Manager/assistant manager checking on customers, wishing them a Happy Easter, and I could see some people were laughing and sounded like joking around. Very relaxed atmosphere which made for an enjoyable dinner. BTW, I ate the premium platter with turkey AND ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, coke slaw, and chocolate chip cookie dough pie. Everything was delicious even the new berry iced tea. However the berries kept trying to clog my straw, but didn't bother me.
