I found a long hair in the last bit of food i ordered. Was asked if I wanted another plate of food. Of course i refused. Why would i need another plate of hair. The worker just went bk to business serving the other customers in line. This is distasteful. Im still nauseous thinking about it. I had to discard the rest of my food and party in my group food and drinks as well.

I love Panda Express. Their Beijing beef is always a hit. However, this time, it was a bit dry. I also got their honey sesame chicken, which was so yummy and their new dynamite chicken, which was also good. Their lo mein noodles aren’t good. They almost seem uncooked and stiff. The friend rice is good. Their teriyaki sauce packet is to die for! I love it! Sometimes they can be stingy with it though. The woman in the drive thru was an Asian foreign and was very nice. The prices are always good. I got 3 entree meats and 2 sides for around $11

It was my first time at Panda Express, and the service was excellent! The lady at the counter was super friendly and even offered me a sample to try before I ordered. While I wasn’t a fan of the rice, the two types of shrimp I got were absolutely delicious, crispy, and cooked just right. Definitely a great first experience!

My husband stopped by to grab the family meal today around 4:50. Had to wait until 5:00 for someone to bring it out. He ordered 3 orange chicken, 2 rice, 1 noodle. When we went to eat it was only 1 chicken, 4 rice, and 1 noodle. He tried to call and 3 times the automated voice told him there was no one to take his call and hung up on him. Very disappointing. Expensive to not get what you ordered and have no one pick up the phone. Be sure to check your orders! Update: He went back today to explain what happened and they gave him 2 new chicken. Appreciate them making it right.
