I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bells, but this is by far the worst one. The service was unbelievably slow, and the employees seemed completely unorganized and inattentive. It felt like no one knew what they were doing, and there was no sense of urgency at all. I waited far longer than I should have for a simple order, and there was no communication or acknowledgment of the delay. Watching the staff work was frustrating orders piling up, confusion behind the counter, and no clear system in place. If you’re in a hurry or expect even basic efficiency, avoid this location. Definitely the worst Taco

Taco Bell is the goat of late night deliciousness. I’ve stopped in to this location from time to time on my many Monterey trips and it’s a beacon of awesome in the night. Whether you want something sweet like a Cinnabon bite or savory like a cheesy Gordita crunch, they got you covered. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely be back.

This gal came of her shift, at 8:06 pm tonight, and STOKED my 7 year old boys… and me. She had the Christmas Spirit and this was the last place we expected it, and actually, the first Christmas Spirit of the Season. My kids said that was so nice… and I agree. Merry Christmas to you wonderful lady. 🎄

Spent $10 for two items (remember when TB was affordable?) I asked for a water cup when I got my food because some of us don't like chugging Flavored corn syrup from the fountain. I was informed that they "no longer have water cups". Not for (over)paying customers, nobody. This place sucks. Spend your $10 next door. Gross.
