I ordered a to go order and when I got home I discovered both bags of chips were missing. When I opened my salad it is a full bowl of lettuce with a few toppings sprinkled on top. I have ordered this salad at other locations and it contained a lot more than lettuce with literally a tablespoon of toppings. I did not want to drive all the back up to the store so decided you to enjoy my bowl of lettuce when I ended up with a hair in my second bite. So, no chips and a bowl of lettuce I had to throw away.

This was our first time visiting, and it was BUSY. Thankfully, they had plenty of staff on hand. However, our main concern was the lack of an organized system to manage the chaos. There were about at least 6-8 employees working, but what appeared to be the manager was both taking orders at the register and walking back and forth to hand out food—all while a long line of customers waited inside and several cars were in the drive-thru. I haven’t been to Tropical in a couple years due to one of my closest locations being just awful with quality of drinks. But I suddenly craved it one night recently and stopped at this location 15 to close and was honestly expecting a bad drink because I had come so late. But I was UTTERLY surprised that both my smoothies were so good and service was so kind by the 2 people i interacted with! I also came back a second time a little earlier in the day again and then again my smoothies were PERFECT and I saw the same girl and she was so kind.
