Stopped by Don Luis and had a really great experience. The restaurant feels comfortable and welcoming right when you walk in. It has that classic local spot atmosphere where you can actually relax and enjoy your meal. I ordered the shrimp plate and it was delicious. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the portions were generous. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, not rushed or overly heavy. My daughter really enjoyed her meal, and the staff was great. The overall experience felt relaxed and enjoyable.

I would’ve gave this Mexican restaurant a five star however their food is very expensive just for adding guacamole to my burrito was $4.99 and to add sour cream was $3.99 the drink that you see was $24.99 the drink was very good. The corny Asada burrito did have a lot of fat inside of it so I wouldn’t be getting that again I’ll probably go more tourist vegetarian. The service was great. They were friendly and happy. The atmosphere was wonderful. Would’ve been a five star if the prices were not so expensive for condiments my bill was $66 and I only had a burrito and a drink in the side of fries which was $6.99 so when I go next time, I will just take the chips and salsa and the margarita.

We visited this place this morning specifically for Menudo...it's one of our favorite breakfasts. We have had lunch/dinner here before but today's experience was very different. Only one server on the floor, overwhelmed. 3 servings arrived, we prepped it to our liking with onion, oregano and lime. Zero flavor, added salt...a lot of salt, still weak. If menudo is offered, someone should know how it's made, or don't offer it. Two of us had coffee, only one cup each was drank, no follow-up offering for more...or to check on us in general. A pancake was also ordered, but never received; server blamed it on another staff member. We put uneaten soup in containers...we will fix it later, hopefully it can be salvaged at home later. Check arrives, they are very proud of this food and the coffee. 3 large bowls of menudo at $18.99 each and 2 cups of "Clayton" coffee, not sure who Clayton is but he needs to reassess his coffee making ability, not worth the $4.89 sticker price. We got to choose indoor or out door. We choose outdoor and there were fans added assuming for the flys to be out of the way. The server was great we had a party of 5 and saw a unfinished table and the servers were quickly on it. The parking lot was small but we thought it was busy but we just got there on time. Food was big and delicious.. please advice the price are a bit pricier. BUT the food was amazing. I would go there again but not with my family but like a date and would like to try inside. We ordered takeout here before but I suggest try it first hand that have it at home they have a huge taste difference . No kids menu.
