Waited over 5 min in the drivethru without a single word from inside.. I asked if I could order and “I have several orders ahead of you, I’ll get to you when I have time” was the response from the lovely lady inside. I said never mind and left.. when I had first pulled up, a simple “hey we’re really backed up and/or short staffed, it’ll be a few minutes” woulda gone a LONG way. But no professional communication at all.. and all I was gonna order was a hot fudge Sunday.. sheesh. Dear Worker, I get you might’ve been having a bad day, but it wasn’t MY fault you were having a bad day.

I have not been to sonic in a good bit, this is my second time I’ve been to one. I had an associate named Rose bring me my food, and she had absolutely brightened up my evening! Very friendly , and kind. She approached me with such a good attitude it made me want to definitely come back to this location. Thank you Rose :)!

Had an amazing experience! Ordered online but pulled up and ate at a table. The carhop that served us named Rose was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Food was hot and fresh and so good! 10/10 will be back soon

Ordered large tots with cheese but I assume you only get cheese on 3 tots and the side of the carton instead over all the tots. Also my breakfast burrito was poorly made and even had a whole tomato on it instead of being diced. This place is NOT what it used to be. Need to change management again. Food was not even fresh at all and the car hop lady was rude. I’d highly suggest going else where. Won’t be back 👎🏼 👎🏼 👎🏼
