I stopped by KFC and had a really pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean, bright, and surprisingly spacious, with a modern look that still keeps the classic KFC vibe. Seating is comfortable, everything is well organized, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming whether you’re dining in or just grabbing a quick bite. Ordering was easy and service was smooth and efficient. The staff seemed organized, and everything moved along without any hassle. It’s a solid, reliable KFC location that does what it should—good food, clean space, and a comfortable stop when you’re in Moscow, Idaho.

Pulling around for a chicken sandwich meal when there is nobody behind you in drive thru is kind of crazy. Happens a lot and I chose McD instead sometimes just because of this. Saving your avg drive thru timer while providing worse service isn't good business. Also, apparently this is light mayo.

I have not been to this KFC in a long time. And now I never will again. No chicken at 4:30pm offered chicken tenders and getting that even took over 30 minutes. The customer service is horrible. For 19.00 a tiny coleslaw, tiny potatoes and gravy and 5 tenders. What a joke. I'd warn everyone don't waste your money or time !! Waste of money. Thank God chic fil a is coming soon. Bye bye kfc

My half full container of fried pickles and ice cold food was disappointing on my long shift. The tenders were great after I microwaved them.. Even if you make a complaint they ignore you. Guess it's a good thing chic fil a is open now.
