I ordered a cone and discovered that it had been served using two cones stuck together, and the inner cone still had paper inside. I almost ate it. When I brought it up, the manager said it was ‘common,’ which was frustrating because this is clearly a handling mistake, not something normal. I’m really disappointed with the way the manager handles this issue. I really hope this location pays more attention to food prep and customer safety.

Cold, uncomfortable, and unfriendly. A Trifecta! They do have patio dining, which is unusual. However, there is virtually no shade and all the chairs and tables are fixed in place, so it only looks cozy when driving by.

Inconsistent at best. Consistently the lowest quality McDonald's you can find. Food always varies in quality, which is unusual for a chain like McDonald's. The folks who work there nice but that's about the only good thing I can say about this place.

Ordered food through app App stated order was ready (lol) - when I arrived the person on the intercom asked me to wait for a second 🙃 😅 - twice (I waited for 2 minutes). I had to repeat my app order # 3 times before she finally got it. Mind you I enunciated very clearly each digit and number. When I finally reached the window 🪟 to obtain my order the only thing ready was my drink. I was asked to pull forward and wait along with 2 other drivers 🙄 ahead of me.
