This is a poke kiosk inside a grocery store. I really love the poke bowl I created but you’ve got to know the flavor profiles so you create the perfect bowl. The medium size was absolutely huge with way too much rice so keep that in mind for light eaters. If I could do it again, I would get half rice half salad. The gentleman was very patient in describing how the bowl building process worked and gave me generous portions where I asked for it. They had all the toppings and fixings you could ask for.
