This is a premium experience I would say. The food is too notch, the environment is pleasing, and the people there are very kind. We got two udons, one soup one and another mentaiko cream one. Both were super yummy, but I prefer the mentaiko cream ramen. The flavour was super savory and the noodles had a good texture. We also had an appetizer which was alright too. We lighting in there is nice as well. Sometimes it looks like it is really busy and hard to get a seat, but luckily we were able to sit down real fast, probably because we came a bit early.

This is by far the best udon I have had. The flavors were very complex and the dishes were served shortly after ordering. I enjoyed it so much I went back the next day to try other menu items. I highly recommend the Tonkotsu udon deluxe, I opted for the large which was too much as it is filled with meat. The Katsu curry udon is also very delicious and comes in a large portion. If you are looking for a carbonara style udon go for the Mentai cream sauce.

We met some friends for lunch, they say this is their favorite for noodles. We got seated right away, we ordered tempura appetizers as well as 4 different soups. I tried Tonkatsu Udon, the textures were very nice, I wished it could have been a hotter broth. Perhaps after adding a cool-ish topping, it cools down the broth. Also tried the Mentai Cream Sauce Udon. It was creamy with a seafood taste, I think we are use to broth-y udon styles. The tempura was nice and crispy, it also came with a side of ginger and daikon to add to the dipping sauce. Service was welcoming and efficient.

Recommendations: Vegetable Tempura (with Wasabi Dip) - Perfect crunch, delicious vegetables, and flavor packed dip. Must try for vegetarians Vegetable Udon - It is listed under cold noodles but you can request the hot version. It is absolutely delicious. Layered flavors with tangy, spicy, and a hint of sweet taste. It is the only veggie option but absolutely worth having Tonkotsu Udon - My friend who tried this said it was the top 3 best Udon rest
