I was really in the mood for some cheap Italian food, but $15 for Fettuccine Alfredo, 2 breadsticks, a slice of pizza and a drink, I think it hit all the marks. The atmosphere was good, nothing special. Just some signs and tables. The service was also nothing special. I got my food and they offered me a drink carrier. The food, on the other hand, was a little bit of a letdown for me. Whenever you pull a breadstick out from your Fazoli’s order, there’s a 50/50 chance it’s soggy as can be. I just came through the drive-thru and ordered your shrimp-stuffed shell meal, and literally no part of it was remotely okay. The shrimp were tough to the point of being inedible and had a very off-putting taste. The breadsticks were cold and soggy, but honestly still the most edible part of the meal. As for the pizza, I was under the impression it would come with two pieces based on the automated system asking if I wanted two slices or a whole pizza, but I only received one cold, soggy, old piece. Keirstyn made sure that my service was amazing. I went there with my family and there were seven of us and we still had a great time. The food may have taken a bit to get out but not slow relative to other restaurants. I’ve been to very great restaurant.

It's Not fast food but it's not great food. It always looks a little dirty. I have only been a few times and every time it takes nearly 10 minutes or more to get food. Even in the drive through. My kids like it so there's that. Bread sticks are tasty.
