I really like Pizza Hut. The Pepperoni Pan is my favorite. And so it is with a heavy heart I have to leave this review. Your systems are a total mess, and the staff can't seem to get anything right. I ordered pizza two weeks ago. An hour later I called in to see where it was. I could not get through. I called three times, and in the end I had to drive over there for the staff to tell me that they had cancelled my order because they were out of 'pans'. I don't know what 'out of pans' means. I ordered the personal pan pizza with cupped pepperoni. The pizza was so good! Almost perfect! Just the right amount of pepperoni so it wasn't greasy. I could tell that the customer service I received was perfect as well. The nice employee was everything that gives a restaurant 5 starz. She wished me happy mothers day. Finally an awesome place to get my fix of pizza. Thank you dear employee. Outstanding work in creating my pizza, and your pleasant demeanor, made my experience great!!!

Rarely do they ever get my orders right, charge you crazy prices for toppings just to not make it right and forget. Why would I order a duo pep if I didn’t want any pep? I didn’t want the big ones so I took that off, just the big ones not the small ones… they are two separate toppings. But apparently 0 employees understand that. This is the second time in a row they’ve screwed up. Pep cups and pepperonis are two separate toppings. How does no one understand? Done with this location.
