I usually make positive reviews. Not this time. The chicken tasted like cardboard and grease POURED out on first bit. Cole slaw was like soup and full of sugar and water. It was my first time to try this place. And last. Two stars is being kind, I ate about half and threw the rest in the trash. I don't know why anybody would eat there.

Had order delivered from Doordash. Could smell the stench from the fried pickles when I opened the bag. Not sure what happened here but it is not what you expect from Chicken Express. Items should never leave the kitchen if they aren't cooked properly. Gave two stars because the chicken and fish was cooked well.

Stopped here because I was hungry and couldn't figure out what I wanted to eat. I seen they had fish and decided to get some...wrong decision! I like my fish fried hard but not that hard! Hush puppies were cold and fries were warm. I usually like the homemade rolls but they were not good...almost like it was from the day before and warmed up. I don't think I'll be going back...maybe for the sweet tea.

Less than one star. I called my order in because I have a large family, so it was a big order. The poor service started there. I got there to pick it up 30 minutes later, they handed me a number, then BEGAN to cook my meal. After waiting 32 more minutes I received my order. My okra was burnt and I have never seen chicken legs this small in my life. Never again will I spend my money there!!!! They weren't super busy, they appeared to be adquately staffed. I was order #142 and they got to #148 before me. The drive thru was busy, but that's why I called ahead, although they made the out to be jus
