The thing that most amazes me about Texas Dunkin's is that every time you've think you've walked into the worst Dunkin ever, there is still another worse. This place ranks right up there with the worst. Super slow service even though the place is empty of customers, filthy old ratty store, cold food, tepid coffee and bagels that are not only rock hard, they are super small. And needless to say they won't have the bagel choice you want. Whoever manages or owns this location has zero pride. This is isn't rocket science.

Tried to pre-order a custom ice cream cake, which is on their menu. I had to describe it to the employee because she seemed genuinely confused as to what I was talking about. She said they don’t do those. After making a call to the manager, she relayed the message that they aren’t doing those this month; I would have to wait until next month to order.

Id like to say, i havent even received my drink yet and can tell you this place is a disaster. First time here, we sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before we got a response. Waited another 10 minutes in the drive thru for ONE single drink. got to the window and she wanted to try to give me a medium drink after asking what i ordered. ONE DRINK, keep in mind. ONE. Then my fiance corrected her and said a large. Gave him an updated price. The girls that work here are always going above and beyond! From online orders to DoorDash to drive thru and front counter! I can promise- every time I leave, I leave a happy customer! Certain people will always give workers a hard time- misery loves company! The management here should be very proud of herself and her group of workers! Yall are all doing a great job!
