I had made a breakfast meal at 10:20 a.m. and when I arrived, they processed my order at the drive thru, but as soon as I made it to the window where I’d pick up my food, they said that my order was cancelled because it was past 10:30. Despite this, I have had multiple occasions where I’ve made orders and arrived much later than 10:30 and I still got my order. After waiting in a drive thru line for over 15 minutes, I managed to get nothing that I ordered.

I went to McDonalds today with my family.The very first thing I noticed was the tables were very dirty. The floors and all the facility. The bathroom was very dirty as well. Fountain machine was out of several drinks and low on ice. The only good thing was the service the young lady was very polite and friendly.

I don’t usually come to this location a lot for many reasons, the staff seem problematic, and my orders usually come out wrong but as of recent time I was assisted by a very nice Hispanic woman by the name of Mayra who went above and beyond than the other staff members at this McDonald’s. She has made my experience more enjoyable at this location and has actually made my orders correctly! From what I’ve seen she’s definitely a hard worker who takes pride in her job and I do wish they would give her a promotion of some sort because she has been very excellent to me and whenever she takes my ord

I ordered food and it took almost an hour for it to be delivered. I assumed maybe they were just busy, but when it arrived it was cold and the fries tasted almost stale as well as the nuggets. It wasn’t even a big order. I ordered one cheeseburger, a ten count nugget meal, and an extra drink. Not worth my 25 dollars.
