Unbelievable...I had to pick up an order at 5:20pm. I arrived to the pizzeria at 5:50pm thinking that it was gonna be cold and they even couldn't find my order. It's ridiculous! They said you gotta wait 10-15min or cancel the order. I was like, what? They're so fresh! Not even an apology for their negligence! It's just unbelievable!

Pizza was delivered COLD, called to advise them and they said because it was delivered they couldn’t do anything. Delivery time kept changing, which we expect, but for the food to be stiff - that’s just not cool.

Service is good. I ordered delivery by mistake and before I could correct my issue the delivery man was already outside my door, I'd say that's a fast service. He was also super awesome and polite. As for ordering take out, it was just like any other Papa John's. Atmosphere is horrible, not inside the location, but outside. I had to be buzzed in and staff warned me about the homeless people idling outside. Just as I got out I got harassed about "getting a piece of that pizza". I understand that this has nothing to do with the store, but it is definitely a factor for me to not want to go back

Placed an order for delivery. Pizza came and the toppings literally were all on one side of the pizza falling out the box. Was told by the delivery driver there’s nothing he can do and i’ll have to contact the store. So i called the store, and by the way this isnt the first time something like this has happened. So i called the store, and told them what is happening and the person who answered the phone was so rude. She told me that she can give me store credit but i told her i just want my money back So i can order dinner elsewhere since this is like the 10th time i have to deal with this. I
