Executive East★★★★★Very nice place. Coffee came out extremely hot. The half & half creamers seemed to be kept in the refrigerator and came out very cold which we like. Steak and eggs were on special. Cooked to perfection. Very large steak. Large nice and Clean bathrooms. Our waitress was the best!! Fast service. We will be back again.

When I go to a breakfast place the first thing I want is coffee. I'll decide on the food in a few minutes. We have been to Buds Restaurant at least 5 times and always great service and food. Jordan B★★The food was average, It definitely needed some seasoning. The service was very fast we spent less than an hr for 4 meals. The atmosphere was nice. The prices were fair for what we got. Keep an eye on the receipt. It was busy, so the waitress accidently added an extra meal but was quick to adjust the bill when we pointed it out.
