Excellent English pub. I stopped in during a World Cup match, and it was a fantastic atmosphere. They have a great beer selection, especially if you’re looking for British or UK beers. The staff and other patrons were very friendly, which was especially appreciated since there wasn’t anywhere to sit when I first arrived. I ordered the shepherd’s pie, and it was excellent. The portion wasn’t huge, but it was perfect for soaking up a few beers while we continued our day. I’d definitely come back.

This place is fantastic! We went 3 days in a row to seek respite during CMAFest. As you walk down the stairs off Printer's Allley, you escape the noise, crowds, and heat of Downtown. The workers are all super friendly, and the food was delicious and reasonable. My wife had the fish 3 days in a row (cod with fries and mushy peas). I mixed it up with the lamb burger, chicken pot pie, and shepherd's pie. All were good - the shepherd's pie was the best I've eaten. Nice beer choices and Guinness poured as it should be. Basement pub along Printers Alley. True to the gastronomic tradition of the UK. Great selection of domestic and international beers along with traditional liquors (Pimms) of Blighty. Our group loved the Bangers & Mash, Fish'n Chips, and the Shepard's Pie (think lamb burgoo). Bar has a strong pour; a lighter drink would be the Pimm's Cup. Yes, we'll return with friends!
