My service was not great this morning. We got there before the morning rush came around 8:40 and we weren’t greeted by our server and were often ignored. Everyone was being helped around us in their sections but our server kept disappearing. When she came 10 minutes later asking for food and drinks (mind you it was only us and a few other couples in at this time in the morning) It took another 10 minutes to get food. Where I was promptly served a burnt waffle, took 10 minutes to track our server down again and ask for a replacement waffle. 7 minutes to get the new waffle. Then finally it took

Best experience I've ever had at an IHOP. Angie was our server and she was so incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell she cares about her job and along with the whole service I experienced I thought everything was perfect.

Food was bland, bathroom was clean but just one stall and staff took forever to let us in as they took their time cleaning knowing we were waiting. Then came back to women's bathroom three times opening door to finish cleaning when my wife was in there. Waitress was NOT smiling or friendly and in a rush to get us of there as she brought the check before we even had a chance to order dessert after breakfast and when we did order dessert she brought it To-Go so we asked her to out it on a plate for us.

My sever Angie was so on point and always checked up on our table. She was talkative and energetic just what we needed in the morning! Can’t wait to come again and see her! The food was delicious as always hot and ready to go!!
