Onion rings were missing. The "reach out option" sends you to a bot message that doesn't help at all. No human option. If the store is going to close mid day, then close online orders! The app took my points and i didn't get the food I redeemed them for cause the store is "closed". What a scam, they take your points and no option for refund.

**Slow clap** I ordered about $50 worth of food tonight. While reaching for my debit card, I noticed a perfectly good $50 gift card for Texas Roadhouse. I asked the young man at the window "Do you accept Texas Roadhouse gift cards?" He informed me they in fact do not. I was not surprised by this, but I suggested we involve management. A weak man would have caved under the immense pressure of my alpha dog energy. Not this guy though. He looked me square in the eyes and said "I am management." Well played, dog. Game respects game. Don't go here.They will steal from you and refuse to fix it and gaslight you. I got a large Coke from them.They handed me a 32 oz large lemonade cup. A large soda cup is 40 Oz. I called and politely asked if I could get the correct size of cup. The manager tells me that they don't have the large soda cups , but that they are the same size. When I pointed out that a large soda cup is in fact 40 Oz, which is eight ounces larger than the large lemonade cup he tried being condescending and saying , well , they only fill up with so much soda after you fill them with ice.
