Came here for restaurant week and the experience was top notch. This was my first time having French cuisine and Bistronomic's essence is well-paired and made with love. I went for the lunch $30 meal, and got -the carrot soup 8/10 which had a mousse-like consistency with cheesy croutons and light flavors -salmon and lentils 10/10 the salmon was cooked to perfection and the skin was super crispy which I loved - berry cake for dessert 8/10, consistency was just right and the flavors quite literally melted on my tongue -espresso at the end 7/10 just because I did not expect it to be that strong S

Charming French restaurant. We tried the duck leg confit based on reviews and they were spot on. The server helpfully pointed out that it comes with a small salad, so we skipped our salad order. We also tried the pork chop. Someone, a chef(?), came to check up on us twice on what we thought of it. We were happy to tell him that it was excellent. The smoky aroma and capers really helped it stand out. The mashed potatoes also paired nicely with it. This was a wonderful meal.
