This is my go to dunks every morning and they always get the coffee perfect! The staff here are always super friendly, polite and kind even when the drive thru has 10 cars and the lobby is packed. They are all truly amazing!

I have stopped at this Dunkin 3 times and every time I’m waiting 20-30 minutes in the drive thou. Can’t back up to leave because of how long the line is behind me, and can’t go around the cars in front of me because of how tight it is to go around the cars. I leave my house 1 hour before my shift for work and the 3 times Iv stopped at this particular Dunkin I end up being 5 minutes late.

ordered wicked refresher, 2glazed sticks, and a bacon jam sandwich with english muffin. waited 12mins for them to give one of my sticks out to another customer and made the sandwich with sourdough instead.

Went today friday October 7 at 6:46pm and i red hair "lady" denied service by doing a signal they were close, like come on 14 minutes before closing time for a simple hot coffee, than i went to new dunkin donut at nauset st new bedford and i ask about if they stop serving 15,10 or 5 minutes before closing and her answer was nop if we close at 8 than we stop taking order and serving at 8. So this is my complaint at this dunkin donuts. Have anyone have this problem with this local coffee place ?
