I like to eat here every friday, and it never disappoints. The food is always very fresh and hot. The staff is very courteous, some of the People ((Diane) at the counter I have got to know over the years, which is unusual for places nowadays. The restaurant had a remodel in the last year and it's always clean. This location is literally my gold standard for all Culver's, but very few can measure up. What it boils down to is the manager and owner here cares about the customers and it shows.

Went through the drive thru at 2 this sunday. The food here never disappoints. The burgers were seared to perfection and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service is excellent and hats off to the kitchen staff today!

Just left this location 15 mins ago, I came in with my daughter to get custard. I got mine in a cone there was an older woman (which I'm thinking was a volunteer) handed me my cone that was melting and her fingers was touching the ice cream. She said she was walking all over and after handing it to me she licked her hand and grabbed me napkins. She was very sweet but that was gross. I stood around contemplating saying something but she was standing right there and didn't want to make her feel bad. I threw the cone away on my way out the door. Maybe that's something to talk about with employees

I ordered 2 butter burgers with cheese last night at the drive through. When I got home, i found 2 burgers that were cold and they looked like someone sat on them yesterday. I ate 1 and threw the other one in the garbage. this is unacceptable from Culvers. "let us make something fresh for you" ha! Huge fail Culvers. Just terrible.
