This is supposed to be an iced latte — an espresso beverage — yet it’s almost completely white and tastes like a cup of sweet milk with ice. There is literally no espresso flavor at all, and the ratio is completely off. Adding milk and flavor swirls will lighten a drink, but this doesn’t resemble a properly made latte. At this point, the inconsistency at Dunkin has become ridiculous. So many people choose Starbucks over Dunkin. Starbucks may be expensive, but at least their drinks are usually consistent. I personally am at the point where I rather not waste my time pay for quality than quant

Went through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes before I got my order which was made wrong so I had to go inside and wait again for another 15 minutes before they finally acknowledged me. I asked for my food to be remade and the sandwich worker, a black female asked me if I wanted my hash browns remade as well. I tell her yes and she turns around throws the food in the trash the loudest she can and starts telling her coworkers how I’m ridiculous and stupid all while I’m right there watching, all because I asked politely to have my food remain after waiting almost an hour. I came in to this location which is a 24 hour Dunkin location and when I walked in and wanted to place the order to young girl that was the only employee told me she was not going to make food at this time it was 9:35 pm…. If I had known it was 24 hours before leaving I would’ve told her, I went to the Dunkin located at 118 E main st and they close at 10pm when I got there it was 9:42 pm and the only women working at that location didnt refuse to make me food even though she was closing in less than 20 minutes. I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. There were multiple employees present, but only one was actually working while the others were in the back talking. This caused an unnecessary long wait. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior. While customers were waiting, the employees were only involved in their conversation, not aware of our presence and it felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand work can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with respect. Management needs to address both staffing accountability and customer s
