Staff is friendly and most of the time very pleasant and smiley. I appreciate being told to have a good day, and usually food is correct. Sometimes fries are unsalted or not the most fresh but I presume this is pretty common across locations. Really can’t thank the staff enough for being so inviting and accommodating regardless of time of day.

Today I visited this location at 10:30 AM to get breakfast before work. I was parked to the side and waited a couple minutes for my “fresh” steak bagel and sausage biscuit. I got half way down the street opened the steak bagel to realize it looked very off and grey in color. I also noticed my sausage biscuit was missing as well. I immediately assumed I got the wrong order because it looked like an old sausage patty on a bagel. I went back to the store where they were extremely dismissive at the drive thru so I went inside. Inside I opened the very off looking grayish patty where they all agree

The restroom and store was clean and service is running a 10-15 minute wait time. Before departing I ordered a pumpkin spice ice coffee via mobile app. Waiting at least 10 minutes before I realized I might have to go up to the register and say a check in code, so I do that, A manager was the one that assisted me, says there is no order for that code so I show my emailed recipient to them. The response I got is that my order was cancelled… due to running out of pumpkin spice. Due to running out of pumpkin spice. This place is Mac-nificent. They have ice cream cones for one dollar and ten cents. They have fast service, and they have a really neat in door play area. Place has a lot of space and a few enclosed rooms with glass windows for a more quiet atmosphere. Also, they have a place to lock up your bike for any bikers.
