Great host Marvin, professional staff and quickly seated with beautiful views from the 13th floor! Stacy, our server on first visit and Carly 2nd viait were quick, professional, and informative. On our second visit we met a busboy, Geeho who was extremely attentive and covered for Carly during the dinner rush on Friday! He is a remarkable young man and very knowledgeable of local attractions. The food variety was plentiful and exceptional! Some of the best views on the Canada side of Niagara! This is definitely worth trying out! We visited from New Hampshire and we will definitely bring

NEVER EVER GO HERE We thought let's go to massimos and treat ourselves to a beautiful dinner. Make great memories Instead you get off elevators and walk in and are greeted by 2 desks Thinking they are both to make reservations. The one to your left is massimos. There are really no signs and massimos is just a glassed, curtained off section of the buffet. So we see theres no people as it 630pm and feel great about a window seat. WORST FOOD EVER . The new changes to staff have made the atmosphere so much more enjoyable. Edna on the omlete station was amazing and made sure to make the eggs exactly how my kids liked them. Carly was great and provided everything my kids wanted. The view was also amazing regardless of table.

Edna's omelet was unbelievable. It was our honey moon trip as new couple. Her personality made us really enjoy our breakfast experience. It's expensive than I expected. If you stay hotel with falls view, I don't think it's worth it. But We love Edna omelet.
