I’ve been to Niagara many times, and I honestly don’t know why this Wendy’s never caught my attention before. The location is absolutely excellent, and I’m really glad I noticed it this time. I’ll definitely be happy to share this experience with friends. I placed my order online through my phone, and the prices were very reasonable — nothing to complain about. The food was prepared very well: everything was fresh, tasty, and done just right. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the interaction with the staff. Actually for less than $7 kids meal with free refills I see it as a perfect snack for adults and this Wendy's was so spacious, relaxed and lovely place to spend some time in the heart of Niagara falls active district

A fast food restaurant yes but it’s busy and kept CLEAN even the toilets, well done. The food is as it’s meant to be hot, fresh and tasty. Complete the survey for a free burger when you get another, not good for the waist but taste buds won on this trip

They really take you for a fool: they served me a chicken sandwich that had been dry for two days, and they expected me to eat it. They served it to me right after I ordered it, as if I wouldn't notice. The kitchen staff hate their jobs, but unfortunately, they don't have a choice, so they decide to let their mediocrity show in their service. Be careful when you eat there, even if the guy at the front desk was super nice.
