When we walked into the store, there was no one in the restaurant. We stood at the counter for about five minutes before someone greeted us and took our order. While we were standing there, the manager was on the phone having a personal conversation using profanity. The floor needed to be swept and mopped, and the solar station needed to be wiped down.

This location is TERRIBLE. They completely changed their menu for the biggie bags. My kids got very small portions of fries and to top it off their sandwiches were burnt. I tried calling the store SEVERAL times to report this while I still had the food and no answer. I even called another Wendy's in the area to get them to have the GM to call me. I finally called back and got an answer and played the 21 questions game by asking did I still have the food etc... Of course, I didn't but i have my receipt and I called within the same day of the transaction. Do better for your customers this is una
