The drinks can speak for themselves, but the service is the cherry on top. Courtni and Kim were so amazing and they both helped us find new drinks we like! Kim made us the "pinkity drinkity", ask for it!! Courtni is really good at surprising you if you don't know what you want, just tell her if you want it sweet or sour - or if you have a liquor preference. We had so much fun and we were laughing the whole time lol We're definitely coming back just to see them again!!

Arrived for a party in a reserved room with a larger party. Service was slow, coming in to take orders, refill drinks, etc. but the waitresses were very nice. The kitchen was slower and didn't seem to know their own menu (ex. ordered a berry tart that according to the menu comes with cinnamon ice cream and salted caramel sauce, it was served with vanilla ice cream and Hershey's style chocolate sauce). We had the worst experience last night at Blue Moon. We sat in the bar and took some time for them to even knowledge we were there. It was busy so we were understanding. Ordered drinks and a pretzel drinks arrived only a few mins before the pretzel. The pretzel was really good. I ordered a burger, my son a chicken sandwich and my wife ordered boneless wings. My wife’s wings came out and they were cold. Another 10 mins went by before the other meals came out. My bun was ice cold like they forgot to heat it up from the freezer. Wait staff bartenders as usual horrorful At bar go it to go No thank you = $0 tip Been coming for years and years no more, in area often... the Main, the Hilton any resturants there 1000% better The inconsistencies is WHY I'll never come back, the WAS one of the best Blue Moons... it IS the worst-case They gave me water, at the bar. In plastic not glass. I would ask for a glass and they'd say.... i thought yr got the food u ordered from here to go Never ever again
