We faced extremely homophobic comments at this location at 5:10 am while trying to order food. The employee taking our order told us that he wasn’t “dealing with our shit” and refused to take our order simply because of our sexuality. The drive thru attendant decided that his comfort was more important than our ability to get food while exploring ourselves to the fullest extent.

Do you like the sterile, cold design of a jailhouse holding cell and the surly communication of detention officers? Then this McDonald's is not for you. The holding cell at CCDC has a more welcoming design, and the detention officers don't act like you're a distraction. I had heard of hostile architecture—I hadn't heard of hostile interior design. the food is mcdonalds quality, of course. not good or bad, you get what you pay for type food. it was the SERVICE that made this rating so low. every time someone walked in, the guy at the counter vanished. it was the same guy going back and forth between the kitchen, taking orders AND bringing food out. i never once saw another employee. sometimes, in the 20 minutes i was there, multiple people would be standing at the counter waiting for the guy to come out at all. when my friend and i ordered separately, he took my order and then immediately walked away without taking hers. we had to wait a

Called to ask if they had ice cream so I wouldn’t be cheaped out when I ordered delivery, and they took an entire 10 missed calls to even pick the phone up. Then when they did finally answer, I asked my question and was immediately hung up on! Not to mention other times I’ve gone in person ordering just some fries or a drink and it takes 20 minutes of the staff all chatting in the back before I can even think of making the order with the cashier.
