Warning to anyone who doesn’t speak English fluently, especially Latinos and immigrants: do not come to this Dunkin’ Donuts. The employee who was working around 4:00 PM on Thursday was extremely rude and disrespectful. He made faces when I mispronounced a word, showed no patience, and acted like helping customers was a burden. He wouldn’t even look at the screen behind him to get the food I was asking for. I placed a mobile order for a couple coffees and a bag of ground coffee. When I arrived to pick it up they informed me they didn't have any ground coffee. They said they could refund my card, but I didn't have it with me as it was attached to the app to pay. They said they could give me a credit on my app, but I don't use their app in that way so I said I didn't want that. To the man child at the cook station at 10:20 am on 10/1 If I could give a zero star honestly I would…. Now we don’t come often but I came into my local Dunkin’s and ordered the same as usual for the family! So in the picture at the end you can see the additional added chipotle. I looked into my loaded hash browns to see little to no chipotle at all infact it was a cup of has browns no bacon.
