I usually don’t leave reviews like this but this got me really frustrated. I went through the drive through and employee upfront made it feel rushed to order and I asked for chick fil a sauce. Its on the receipt and on the bag.. Yet theres none in the bag. Common sense right..? Who eats nuggets with without sauce. Im out of chick fil a sauce at home so going to eat them dry I guess. I go to chick fila because their food is good and their service is always great. I would not recommend this branch. This is worst service than a McDonalds.

On June 10, 2026, around 2:00 PM, I ordered through the drive-thru at this Chick-fil-A location and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Mia Soler. I only learned her name through another kind worker who later helped fix my order and gave me the missing items. When I placed my order, I asked for a nugget combo, but Mia only entered the nuggets and did not include the combo. When I tried to politely correct the mistake and tell her what drink I wanted, she responded in a snarky and dismissive tone, saying something along the lines of, “I already got that,” and completely

One of the most frustrating things about this Chick-fil-A is the pickup window setup. The pickup area is located outside with only a tiny roof that provides almost no protection from the sun, rain, heat, or cold. It feels like a punishment to stand there waiting for your order, especially when there are delays. Customers deserve a more comfortable and properly covered waiting area. The food and service may be good, but the pickup experience needs significant improvement.

Every visit here is consistently great, but today really stood out. Amy helped me out and she was incredibly friendly, full of energy, and genuinely kind. Her demeanor was super sweet and thoughtful—it honestly made the whole experience even better. Definitely appreciate service like that.
