Shaun Don★Customer service sucks. The lady at the register always have an attitude, and she never repeats your order back to you and always mess your order. I just hope corporate reads the reviews that people leave and take action they need better management at this location.
William Potts★It really is a nice touch when the drive-thru worker snatches the card from your hand, doesn't say a word to you and closes the window. But can talk to everyone else in the back while your the only car in line......I mean really I even was waving to tell her the tap on my card didnt work and she rolled her eyes...guess ill try the lobby next time. (It was definitely the manager, how she was dressed and I have been here many of times but never received this kind of service)

Prince Youngg★Food is ALWAYS cold & they’re ALWAYS forgetting something from your order. Wendy’s on Belvidere in Waukegan is better.
