Ingredients are missing, no sour cream, no lettuce, half of one of the burrito bowls food is missing. I’m very upset after spending almost 40 dollars for this food just to get scraps. Tried to reach out to the store, no easy access. There needs to be repercussions for stuff like this. Thanks.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. If you want good food go to a different location. The service was awful. The workers sat around talking and doing nothing took 15 minutes to assemble my bowl. And they were missing have the ingredients. Including corn, green peppers and onions. And the guacamole wasn’t even smashed right there are literally chunks of avocado in my food. By far the worst chipotle I’ve been too.

If there was an option for no stars I would give it. I ordered a bowl through door dash and received the bag completely sealed, when I opened the bowl, it was half eaten and a completely different order. I am utterly disgusted with this. it’s a total food safety issue. I tried to call the store but there is no way to get in contact with an actual person. I would understand if it was an honest mistake but I need actual answers instead of an AI telling me it was doordash’s fault.

Terrible, if you look at other reviews they’re at a 2 star rating. The old man is the only good worker they have. The rest of them just laugh in the back and don’t care. Chipotle is buying stars for this but the truth should be known, this location sucks so bad. Thank you.
