The staff here are absolute snipers. July 3 morning the day before your holiday rush they absolutely dominated the rush. No side conversations no distractions focused on orders and getting people in and out. Not one drink made wrong. Not one person waiting too long. I was definitely impressed.

Usually I shop for breakfast here whenever I come to work on the area. Today, I ordered at the kiosk machine based on the image the 'Croissaint Chicken sandwich', I accidentally ordered the wrong item yet same price. By the time I realized, it was late. I went back inside the store and asked politely if there was any possibility to exchange the sandwich for the 'chicken croissant' and instantly they implied 'no'. Im sure at any other dunkin donuts or business, I would've got the exchange without a problem but I guess at this location, the staff tends to be in a bad mood toward their customers.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee and a vanilla chai, and both drinks were terrible. The coffee tasted extremely watered down with almost no flavor, like it was mostly hot water. The vanilla chai was just as bad it tasted like plain hot water with barely any chai flavor at all. It honestly didn’t seem like either drink was made properly. When you’re paying for a drink, you expect basic quality. This was one of the worst Dunkin experiences I’ve had.

This place always has my favorites on hand and the staff is very friendly. This is my go to place for ice cream pints since they always have exactly what I am looking for. Big thanks to Aaran and the team for always providing excellent customer service! Not to mention the manager here is amazing!
