I was very disappointed with my experience. The plain sundae was only about half full, unlike every other McDonald’s sundae I’ve had over the years. When I politely asked about it, the manager told me that other McDonald’s locations “fill them wrong” and that this one was correct. Instead of addressing my concern, she dismissed it completely. Poor customer service and an unacceptable portion for what I paid.

I visited this location and was informed by a staff member that we could not park in a specific spot. The employee was polite and simply communicating what she was instructed to do. However, I observed the manager respond to the employee in a way that felt unfair and overly harsh. It seemed the employee was only doing her job by relaying store rules, and I don’t think she should have been treated that way. I hope management reviews how staff are supported and corrected internally so employees are treated respectfully. On the contrary Attabella is the one who deserves a polished perfect review

Wow valued customer 4 min wait and still missed order Called left on hold another 4 min Asked for a $5 gift card if I came back up to store told NO no. Please have new people not just stare at customers via window. Hand drink say thank you. At least AI says Hi. I have been driving to Tampa everyday for critically ill husband. Customer service should be the first thing to learn. Don’t call me a valued customer unless you actually value me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The service was slow, and my order was incorrect when it finally arrived. The food quality did not meet expectations, as items were served cold and not prepared properly. The staff appeared disorganized, and there was a lack of attention to customer service during my visit. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards expected from a national franchise. I hope management addresses these issues to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.
