While waiting for my simple bean burrito inside for an unacceptable amount of time (these things happen maybe someone didn't show up for work) I was frankly appalled at the lack of sanitary protocol. I watched employees in gloves go from the walk in cooler door handles, doors, touching the order screen, back to people's food, reaching into lettuce, tomatoes, onions, every tortilla and taco shell etc., over and over again. No change of gloves. Great way to make people sick. I have video that I will share with the owner since this is on them not the ill-trained staff. My burrito went in the tras

This is the second Taco Bell this has happened at. I ordered the NORMAL chicken nuggets and I get the stupid Diablo ones. I don't handle spicy food. Finally tried the nacho fries and even with the cheese or bell dip, they are just gross. The rolled cantina chicken quesadilla is tiny and absolutely not worth the price. And the triple double crunch wrap just feels like a normal crunch wrap. Awful experience.

I would give 4 stars but they don't offer a senior discount and recently stopped offering a senior drink option. Food is good, employees are friendly. The dining area is always clean. Trash is emptied regularly.

So bad review over a simple fix bad chalupa and online order pickup went called the manager said come and get a new chalupa will give you an additional item went over there nothing but attitude from the front staff is like accusatory like I want free food a chalupa is not that big of a deal I'll be real with you guys I would never go looking for a free chalupa so that whole situation was ridiculous manager never came up no one apologized and did not get the additional item got nothing but attitude
