I always order my frozen coffee . My drink sometimes was good but mostly my drink not came out good , they make it different all the time especially sometime they forget to put something for me . When they are in rush they mess up my drink . Sometimes I need to clean my bottles with my hand . Trust me I feel bad to call or tell them when my drink not comes out nice , nobody want to comeback to remake it too it’s wasted their time . I have been coming to this Dunkin for years. I live a few minutes away and everytime in the afternoon when I come here the person at the drive through is extremely rude. Everytime you order something she cuts you off at the end and saids anything else. Anything else every second without you finishing talking. Never greets you at the window. I will never come to this Dunkin again. I rather drive 15 minutes to the next one. I ordered a caramel craze iced latte with almond milk. Does the owner of this place even care about these reviews? These items are pricey enough without getting what you paid for just got home after spending $15 only to say no cream cheese for the bagels. When is someone going to pay attention to this stuff?

I get a frozen coffee everyday.. simple right not for this Dunkin! I get the most disguisting bitter tasting coffee that starts seperatong and turning brown within minutes! I’m paying close to 8 bucks for shit! How can they not get this right if it’s their one job?! This dunkin is horrible! No consistency ever!
