I won’t be going to this Dunkin. Sitting 2-3 minutes in drive through and I’m not sure if the speakers are broken or what? When I said hello? A woman was like sorry I’ll be right there just so busy. Like 3 cars in line. I suggested would be nice to say,”Welcome to Dunkin, I will be with you in a moment.” This way you are acknowledging the customer. Went back again today sitting at drive through for another 2-3 minutes with no acknowledgment. I don’t mind waiting, but to be left hanging just doesn’t sit well with me. They had to make my sandwich different due to no sourdough bread. Then they forgot my hash browns. Had to go in the store where I was given 4 hash browns that were thrown in a bag. Also given dirty looks from the manager the whole time. Hey if you can't get a simple order right you might want to get a different job. Horrible customer service.

VERY LOW STAFFED!! Don't even think about going inside the store, it will take longer. The seating area was really dirty too (probably because there is like 3 staff members) Ordered online yesterday but literally didn't have any of the donuts I ordered when they said my order was ready for pickup?? Even when we called no one answered the phone yesterday so we had to do a mobile pickup.

always mess up coffee. no clue why anyone works for a coffee making company and cant even make coffee right also they cant hear idk i ask for something i get something completely different but ok😂 anyways this place is trash and they mess up your orders often and its just as bad as the dunkin on south bay road on gillette.
