I stopped here to get a half dozen donuts and asked ahead of time if they were fresh. I was told yes. After buying them, I tried one and it was stale. It tasted like it had been sitting for 2 to 3 days. I decided to take a bite out of each donut, and every single one was stale. Paying $10 for six stale donuts is ridiculous. I tried calling the hotline to request a refund and file a complaint, but I was left on hold for over two hours. It is honestly a shame that Maple Donuts down the road closed, because this place was a major disappointment. We either need Maple Donuts back in this area or a

Very fast, food is great no disappointments in that area. The staff was very friendly treated you coming in & out of the store. The store was clean and it was warmer in the store then outside so I could warm up while I wait on my order. Thanks dunkin I may not come everyday but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy your stuff just cant afford expensive coffee everyday so its always a treat when I come thank you have a nice day.

What a disappointment! The Maple Donuts location isn't open on route 30 anymore so I went to Dunkin instead. I ordered a dozen donuts and asked for the chocolate. I did not realize that she put the glazed on it with the chocolate on top in the box instead. Definitely not what I wanted! There was not a very good selection of donuts in the first place. They said they don't make powdered donuts anymore and they didn't have any jelly donuts. It took them 10 minutes to make an iced coffee and there was not another customer in front of me in the lobby. I’m very disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. Almost every time I come here, I’m told that the item I want is unavailable. This has happened repeatedly, including last week and again today. At this point, it’s hard to believe that these products are constantly out of stock. If certain menu items are never available, they should not be advertised. Customers come expecting to order from the menu, not to be told over and over that the products are unavailable. It feels like the staff simply doesn’t want to make certain items. Management needs to address this issue because it’s frustrating,
