So the food was fine there was just one thing that really grossed me out, the girl who was at the register had extremely dirty hands. I mean I did junk removal at a dump when I was younger and it was worse than that. It looked like she hadn't showered or washed her hands in weeks. I'm sorry maybe she is homeless idk but if you're working around food there is no excuse for your hands to be that dirty. You clearly haven't washed ur hands in mad long. It really bothered me and I'm not a Karen but if something is nasty I got to say something

Not one but both my two cheese breads were burnt though I told them it’s been happening and asked them to make sure it’s not burnt when I ordered. Then when I called to tell them and also ask for the sauce which I was not told they no longer come with and have to pay extra for which I expressed being Fine with paying had I known. I was put on hold and the manager answered the phone saying verbatim “I’m not going to help you.” If I could give them a -0 rating it would still not equal the service they gave. Just ordered these pizza's 10 minutes ago...the xl ny york style pizza is not cut and has a big hole in it!!!! See pics.. no one there noticed this putting it into the box??? ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

You would think they do quality checks for the food they send out like the tracker states, but I guess that's not a thing anymore. So disappointed. The location is not what it used to be.
