Woman working today took probably 10 minutes to make some drive through order (not even food, just 1 drink). Didn't acknowledge me until halfway through making the order. Didn't ask what I wanted until she was done with the order, only to then tell me they were out of it (cold brew). I could've saved 10 minutes of my time if she had just acknowledged me from the start.

I visited here on 2/27 around 9pm ordered large Macha Latte. As soon as she handed the drink to me and it was very light. And this is what I got. Literally 1/4 or 1/3 is empty. I am usually okay with cup not filling full because of foam. But this was not right. I asked her its not full. She said thats how they make it without apology. Believe me. I have been going this dunkin and other locations more than 10years and this is first time I saw cup is served empty like this. And this is my first time posting review regarding dunkin. I didnt post any review even the hot chocolate tasted like water

The guy on drive thru was so rude, I have never experienced someone as rude and nasty as he was, very ignorant and no customer service skills whatsoever. I have never in my 23 years put a review at all but something had to be done. All I needed was one second to look over the menu. And he was super sarcastic. Saying “oh take your time it’s not like you’re on the drive thru.” When there was no one behind me and I just pulled up. And continued being sarcastic throughout the whole time there.
