I ordered rib shanks they were very tough this meat is usually soft as butter The short rib shanks were not marinated. They were raw and they put them on the plate grill or the barbecuegrill for a few minutes and that’s it.this meats take hours you make an estimated amount of orders ahead of time with hopes that you’ll sell it all. Sometimes you eat the bear. Sometimes the bear eats you.
