Always kind service and the restaurant is clean. This has to be my favorite location. I ALWAYS get the vegan beef, but I tried the roasted veggie pizza with vegan cheese this time and it was a HIT! I now have another option to eat at Buona as a vegan. This was a treat for me because I cook all of my means and don’t use oils.

I go to this location all the time and never had a problem. I recently ordered a brownie and Chicken Alfredo. The brownie was completely raw. I was sick for several days. I reached out to the company to let them know (I am not sure if this is the reason I got sick, but that was the last thing I ate). They responded saying I have to get a doctor's note to prove it was them. I did not end up going to the doctor until day 5. By then, I was pretty much better. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I thought it could have been handled better, especially since I go here ALL THE TIME!

First time here and the food was good even after the mishap with my order. I took my incorrect order back and the cashier and manager were phenomenal, making sure that it was correct and putting some extra goodies in the bag. This is how to gain repeat customers. The establishment was clean and I can't wait to go back to try one of those delicious looking salads!
