Trash location that just keeps getting worse. This Location charges the most for extras, my Beefy 5-Layee burrito was no bigger than a loaded grilled burrito, and when I was in line for the restroom, the person inside the restroom walked out and I was next in line. Then an EMPLOYEE stepped right in front of me and went into the bathroom, which is a single person room. Absolutely horrible. I have been coming here since I was a young adult, but will NEVER go to this location ever again.

I don’t post complaints often. This place deserves it though. Firstly a very long wait at the counter just to place an order. I ordered extra beef on a Crunchwrap Supreme. It came with less beef than the toco I ordered. Where’s the beef? The managers response was it smooshed to the sides. This definitely wasn’t extra beef! Awful customer service. I remember now why I don’t frequent Taco Bell.

I come in for a quick bite, 3 soft shell tacos, the CSR (Kendall) came to the front. "What's your order?" No hello, no welcome to Taco Bell, nothing of the sort. I felt like I was a inconvenience to her day. She should not be at the front counter of anyone's fast food establishment. A employee had a medical emergency, (understandably staff was concerned), but for 20 minutes no employee addressed our order, we were patient and understanding the situation. Then finally my order was placed on the counter.... #TWO!!!! No we are sorry about the delay, or something. Courtesy and communication skills

Here's the deal, I'm not one to complain about stuff unless it's bad, but yeah, terrible food. I ordered a crunchwrap meal for two on the app, and both crunchwraps basically had no meat or ingredients in them. I was just biting into a tortilla and a tostada with nothing in it. Maybe they are better earlier in the day, but do not go here for late night food.
