I'm not sure what is wrong with this location but they are extremely slow and I swear they train the employees to be slow. There is no point in ordering online ahead of time because when you arrive at the pick up time they will say "we are working on that right now" well the reason for ordering ahead is for it to be ready when you arrive, correct? Or did I miss something with mobile ordering. You might as well sit in the long drive thru line and order because it will be the same wait time as ordering ahead. Mind you I purposely ordered for pick up to be 20 mins ahead and they still were not re

Would be 5 stars but I ordered online and had a terrible experience. I spent $26 dollars on two drinks and two coffees. The drinks were fine but the coffee was made incorrectly. Flavorless. They refused to accommodate. Why am I paying for overpriced coffee to be made incorrectly with rude customer service? Never going back here. 2/25/2026

When I order iced coffee here, its's more like buying ice with a little bit of coffee; The cup usually gets filled to the brim with ice, leaving little room for actual coffee. So I figured I wouldn't order that anymore. But even in the milkshakes, there are huge chunks of ice, and then they provide a straw too small for the chunks to go through... for the price of the drinks here, it does not seem worth the experience.
