Its taken me awhile to write this review because I have so much love for this specific Dunkin, but the last 6 months it has gone extremely downhill. I've been coming here multiple times a week for the last 3 years. In the past the drive thru staff were friendly and coffee was always amazing. But recently the staff haven't been as friendly and the coffee sucks. My cup is constantly low on coffee and it doesnt taste right. I've experimented with different drinks and sizes and it's all the same. Today my pumpkin shaken espresso taste like old black coffee with a splash of milk. What is going on??

Awesome service! Very efficient staff - ordered 3 bagels- 2 did not have enough cream cheese. The counter guy took a look and promptly made a new one.
