Ordered a mikes Philly and swallowed a hard piece of plastic , got really upset and went up to the store to explain my experience and show manager or employee which ever one was there at the time that I had a plastic in my food to be told that it couldn’t be true so I decided to not eat the rest of the sandwich and it was a good thing I did because there was not 1 nor 2 pieces of plastic but 3 hard huge pieces of a condiment cap which I have no idea how any could’ve missed that here’s photos …… And turned around the following week TODAY and my coworker ordered the same exact thing and had alm

We didn’t even eat here and are not from here, but they had our rental towed. We came to eat at Johnny Manana’s while my daughter was in labor and came out to our car towed. There’s no posted sign that says you will be towed. However Johnny Manana’s clearly has a sign. Now we’re having to pay $560 to get our vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Management should be paying for this since it’s not clearly marked.

This is by far the worst Jersey Mike’s location I’ve visited. I’ve given it multiple chances because everyone has off days, but the customer service here is consistently poor. Each time I’ve come in, the staff seems rushed and impatient. On my most recent visit, two employees were asking me different questions at the same time and expecting immediate responses, which made the ordering process unnecessarily stressful. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt hurried. There is also a noticeable attitude from certain employees, including the girl at the front and the bearded employee behind the coun
