This is absolutely the worst jack-in-the-box I’ve ever been to. If you get what you ordered right the first time, you’re lucky. Even after something is remade to match what you actually asked for, it still comes out wrong. The staff here is depressing to interact with and has an attitude every time I’ve ordered. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble over this review and I don’t expect them to be super chipper every time, but maybe something is wrong with management as to why these people are so angry and don’t want to give orders out properly.

00000 zero all the way. Took very long to take our order. Waited over 15mins to even get to the window even though there was only one car ahead of us. Employees seem more interested in changing shift, talking, instead of getting customers orders ready. We would've left way before we place the order, but the drive thru is enclosed and we were stuck waiting for the car infront of us to leave so we could leave too.

The worst Jack in the box I've been to. Asked for supreme croissant, and they tossed in a slice of cold ham. Breakfast platter for my daughter came with horrible scrambled eggs and hard like rock french toast sticks. No wonder it was dead in there. Will never go back to this place.

Most of the time it's a hit or miss with this place they either forget things in my order or they forget to put an ingredient or leave out sauce ect. This morning I went and ordered my whole family breakfast and as I opened up the bags I saw blacks specs of all my hash browns and what seems and tastes like re heated eggs they were rubbery the sausage and bread was good but everything else 😵‍💫
